This Nikon 70-200 / 2.8G VR1 works wonderfully on cropped cameras and does not cause much inconvenience due to recalculation EGF. Matt Grainger estimated IBIS is 2-3 stops lower than the 5 stops specification of the Nikon 70-200 f2.8. Based on this single estimate IBIS is worth about 2.5 stops.
