Developer Turn 10 and publisher Microsoft have released the first patch for the driving sim Forza Motorsport. Update 1.0 is mostly about fixing bugs since the game was released earlier this month.

My SO and I have found that we prefer to just swap out and play single player since you can't do cockpit view on split-screen. Plus it's fun to watch the other play and learn from each other's mistakes, etc. But enjoy! Forza 6 is such a great game, and so much fun to play with other people [split screen or race-swapping or online]

All that mean nothing to me. I play as less PvP in the next FM as possible, because I hate it. Everything is worse: Way longer load/connection times, waiting in the lobby, not able to exactly choose what you wanna do, annoying people screaming/singing/eating in there mic (and of course there will be no option to mute all players in general) and then getting (intentionally or not) crashed into

Makes me think some sort of bug update that may of happened recently, as I feel Turn 10 or Playground Games would come out and mention if they were shutting the servers down for a game as popular and beloved as Horizon 2. I'm pretty sure they would announce servers shutdown - do not worry. Most likely it's a server error, something like that

Recently I haven't been able to connect or play Forza Motorsport and I'm talking about the newest one. At dashboards me 24/7 or in a freeze up in the middle of gameplay. I don't know what's going on with this game and it's even acting up on PC too to the point you cannot connect or play and now it is acting up through the cloud.

Forza Motorsport Multiplayer First thing’s first, Forza Motorsport (2023) does in fact have multiplayer, but strictly online multiplayer. Split-screen or couch co-op are not available at launch.

No, Forza Motorsport will not have a split-screen at launch. We do not have any specifics on the dates when and if it will be available. It was initially meant to be part of the game but is now canned for launch and no definite date has been revealed for the feature. The delay was announced by Turn 10 in their August 11, 2023 livestream.
